Nurtured baby massage is the perfect first class for you and baby. Learn a new skill to help you and your baby, and meet new friends
Each class will last approximately 45 minutes. Classes will be limited in size.
When you enroll in the class you will receive detailed guidance, and worksheets to help guide you through the course.
The 5- class course for parents and their babies is suitable from birth to pre-crawling, and you learn a skill that will last a lifetime.

The class provides a wonderful opportunity to experience how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage strokes.
Baby Massage can provide relief for colic and digestive issues as well as aiding with relaxation for sleep and reducing unsettled periods.
The emphasis and focus is on sensitive and enjoyable interaction between you and your baby, so that you gain a deeper understanding of your baby’s behaviour, unique language and cues.

Nicole Hepburn is a trained IAIM(International Association of Infant Massage) instructor and has a PVG certificate and a certificate in Pediatric Emergency First Aid.
