Creating little moments of calm and connection, Nurtured Baby Massage class is the ideal first class for new parents and baby.
The 5-week course is a perfect opportunity to discover the joys of bonding with baby through nurturing touch. The five wee course also cover reflexology and mindfulness and gives you skills that you will use throughout your parenting journey.
The course is held in The Haven, Stonehaven Market Square, Stonehaven. There are stairs to get to the yoga studio so please consider using a baby carrier.
